More great photos from Puerto Viejo!

Another delicious meal at Rocking J's. Amy had one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever made and Doug and I stuck to the eggy options. The best part: cafe con leche. So nice that they serve it with heated milk. Doug was impressed.

We're lucky Amy is still alive. She almost exploded with excitement when she saw this white horse on the beach! Picture perfect.

Amy's jungle hike to the viewpoint near Cocles Beach.

Doug's so agile he had no problem scrambling up the tree with a beer in his hand!

Sunrise at Rockin J's

Taking in the view and enjoying a beach time snuggle while Doug explores the beach in the background and who's behind the camera? Thats right! Katie!!

Our Pimpin sunset view from our pimpin balcony at the
Pimp Suite!

Makin it look easy.... but you know its soooooo hard!

It was Amy's idea to climb the tree but she decided she liked it better in the sand. This is as far as she got.

There weren't many tourists at Playa Chiquita, but the locals were so great. This guy, Marcel, came by and offered us some delicious toasted seeds that tasted like mashed potatoes. His little buddy had a huge bag of his own and they were both very generous. AND... who doesn't love to see happy naked babies on the beach!

Marcel found this cocoon-type thing while he was helping us look for the heart shaped seeds we love so much. Still trying to figure out how to get those through customs... We're thinking about turning them into a belt? So obvious, it's under the radar. ;)

Doug livin the Pura Vida. See? We told you it was hard!

Kirby watching Doug take on the waves.

What a happy explorer!

Back from seed collecting and ready for more pictures!
